How I Got Here:

At 23, life took an unexpected turn when I was let go from my job in medical sales after just over a year. It was a role I dove into right after graduating, but now I'm on a new journey, discovering what’s next. I hold a BS in Kinesiology from the University of Tennessee, where I spent two amazing years working in sports medicine for the UT football team. Those years were filled with unforgettable moments, including two bowl games, a championship ring, and countless memories.

After my time with the UT football team, I pursued my passion for fitness by becoming a certified personal trainer. This journey allowed me to deepen my understanding of health and wellness, and I’m excited to share that knowledge with you.

My Companions:

During my time with the UT football team, I met my boyfriend, E, who’s been my best friend and travel partner ever since. Together, we explore golf courses, stadiums, and more, always finding new ways to stay active and enjoy life. Drago, our energetic boxer mix, is also along for the ride—his enthusiasm for life is infectious, and he loves every adventure we embark on.
