With a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Business Administration, my experience blends health, wellness, business, and brand development. From orthopedic medical sales to personal training, leadership, social media, marketing, community engagement, and corporate wellness, my path has shaped Cor Co into a brand built on creativity, organization, communication, and helping businesses show up with confidence.

As a certified personal trainer with a nutrition certification, a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Tennessee, and years of experience in athletics, I’m passionate about helping others build a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
My approach is not about extreme diets, quick fixes, or overcomplicating wellness. It’s about learning how to fuel your body, make informed choices, stay consistent, and create habits that support long-term health.
